From the CD HIMALAYAN STUDIES #4
The beautiful Himalayas are the inspiration for the sequence of paintings to illustrate the covers of this Series of 5 CDs. The deep vibrant colours compliment the boldness of this mountain. Here we appreciate the strength of the mountain. Shamanism has been shown to be the very first form of panhuman religious experience throughout the world and to many ancient cultures there was a sacred mountain at the very centre of their universe. A mountain seems so immovable and speaks of certain stable Laws of the universe. Great spiritual masters speak of the Law of Love. Love is a difficult path to follow - one where we need great spiritual strength; the strength of a mountain. Those who have followed this ancient path from time immemorial are there (as particles of a mysterious mountain) to offer their loving support as we encounter difficulties along the Way. We may take refuge in that vast body of souls evolving along the Love Ray. We are reminded to give way on small things but on matters of Principle to remain steadfast.
