I lived in Crouch End and Hornsey for many years (1971 - 1983) and during my wood-shedding years (1973-1977) I worked as a council gardener for the London Borough of Haringey and for the majority of that time I was the gardener at Hornsey High School for Girls. I worked alone in the school and during a tea-break I quite unexpectedly went back in time several centuries (12th c AD) and connected with a past-life In Tibet as a Tibetan. I saw myself then seeing myself now 800 years further on even as I saw myself now seeing myself back then. A very strange flick of the time switch. Time no longer existed during this strange communion. I was not seeking any such experience - not to mention that a 10 minute tea-break is hardly the best conditions for such a shift of consciousness. I took a piece of paper towel and a biro (I might even have borrowed that) and drew this sketch of myself. I found it the other day in a neglected box and thought I'd scan it in as another aspect of my life's path for anybody interested.
