Week-end workshop on the sacred sound-world of
Tibetan Singing Bowls
Sacred Sound Journey
This is an intensive weekend workshop exploring the function of sound in transformation of consciousness and as a tool for positive change in our lives. We will enter into various meditative practices using sacred Tibetan Singing Bowls. We will focus on deep listening techniques and work on the chakras with special bowls most suited to these areas of spiritual unfolding.
There will be an Audio/Visual presentation featuring the beautiful spiritual paintings of Russian artist Nicholas Roerich on Friday evening and a solo concert by Frank upon a large selection of rare singing bowls on Saturday evening - free to participants of the course.
The price for the residential week end is £195 (The supplement for s single room or a single en-suite room is £7.50/£17.50 per night respectively) Non-residential rates are available.

Explore the world of Tibetan Singing Bowls. In this workshop we shall explore the numerous designs of bowls, the various playing techniques, alongside singing bowl sound exercises and sonic meditations within the theme of the Wesak festival and the deep peace and inner tranquillity of the Lord Buddha.
This workshop is partially intended as preparation for a sacred sound meditation to familiarise ourselves with the energies behind and within the sounds that are used later on in the solo performance.

The White Eagle Lodge has a large sacred space permitting Frank to play upon a larger array of his superb Singing Bowl collection. This will be a meditative improvisation upon a large collection of superb singing bowls played by an acknowledged master who has been working in improved music since 1968. Abiding in the peace and love of the forthcoming Wesak festival this will be a form of sonic worship and communion in Spirit.

LIVE SOLO IMPROVISED CONCERT cost £15.00.
This is a very special concert to celebrate Frank's 60th birthday and his lifetime in music. For this significant event Frank will play upon his 'large kit' of around 600 instruments including those invented by himself (and utterly unique in the world) also his large collection of gongs (he will have most of his 45 gongs) in the superb acoustic of the London Lodge. He will have as many Tibetan singing bowls as can be accommodated by whatever floor space is left over. This is nowadays an extremely rare occurrence for Frank to play upon this huge individual collection as it takes hours and hours to set up, etc. Do not be the one to miss this chance to bathe in the remarkably beautiful sounds of hundreds of instruments played by an adept improviser.

Frank will share his own ways of working with the bowls in his system of Spiritual Sound Healing - utilising Sound, Colours, and the Chakras. Frank began working with sound healing around 1978 and started to unfold his unique form of sound healing with the bowls in 1983.
